Every year we honor 25 professional women who not only have been successful in their business, but also have been an asset to their community and supportive of other women in their region.
Our event is being held at the iconic Log Cabin atop Mount Tom in Easthampton, MA.

Young Careerist
This award is given to a woman between the ages of 20-25 who has shown to be an asset to her company and her community.
Volunteer of the Year
This award is given to a woman who has been very active in a positive way for her community and has expressed it through the assistance of the company she represents.
Professional of the Year
This award is given to a woman who has been totally involved for the good of her company through her passion and vision, and has balanced it with the support of her community and also the support of other women to make a successful future for themselves.

Fill out this form to nominate a Woman To Watch for an award in one of the 22 categories below.
Fill out all form fields in order for your candidate to be considered by our committee.
Complete the essay 100-150 word essay portion, including a description of the candidate’s accomplishments at their job and how they have contributed to their community.
Past winners can be nominated again, but not in the same category they won in the past.
Every luncheon has the opportunity to win prizes! Proceeds from our raffles go directly to our scholarship fund.

Our networking luncheons are designed to give you a powerful boost to your mid-day slump! Join us for a powerful and motivational speaker, lots of great networking, good conversation and fun prizes! Return to work energized and feeling positive!
